30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects consumers by providing certain guarantees for goods and services. These guarantees apply automatically when you purchase products from us.
Under the ACL:
- Goods must be of acceptable quality, safe, and free from defects.
- Services must be delivered with due care and skill.
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- You may also be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet consumer guarantees.
There is no fixed time limit for these consumer guarantees—they last for a period considered reasonable depending on the product’s price, type, and expected use.
Our Voluntary Warranty Policy
In addition to your rights under the ACL, Flashtrader provides a minimum voluntary warranty on most products.

- Proof of purchase is required.
- We must be satisfied that the product is faulty and that the issue was not caused by misuse.
- Returned items may be assessed by the manufacturer to determine the fault and eligibility for remedy.
We request that you return all original packaging and accessories (e.g., chargers, cables, manuals, etc.) to process your return quickly.
Exclusions
Flashtrader reserves the right to refuse a remedy under our voluntary warranty policy if:
- The product was used primarily in a commercial or business setting, and we had not advised that it was suitable for such use prior to purchase.
- The fault is due to misuse, neglect, or damage caused after delivery.
Even if your situation falls outside our voluntary warranty, you may still have rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
